Removed fur plugin - its an RnH propriatory plugin that's not
really useful.
Fixed regex in fileops.c that was causing most "save as"'s
to fail.
xcf.c now works on intel platforms, its still not compatable
with gimp though.
cineon and png now correctly can save new 16 bit images.
